Review: [redacted] replaced a broken valve last April 18, but once the spa was filled, one of his glue joints was seen to have failed. He said he would be out within a week for repairs, but he has not shown up to date. He will not answer any phone he recognizes as one of ours. Unfortunately, I paid him in cash.

We did originally respond to his complaint and he was told we would get back to him as soon as we could but was upset that we couldn't get to him sooner then we were able.

A 160.00 refund which is the amount we charged him for the original repair which also included parts has been offered and accepted.
