Perfect Press Cleaners

Review: March 28, 2015, I dropped off 21 items( 1 men's suit & 21 dress shirts) for dry cleaning at Perfect Press Cleaners for a scheduled delivery on March 31, 2015. All items were not ready when I arrived for pick up date 10 minutes prior to their business closing time of 7pm on March 31. Owner, [redacted] said order wasn't completely ready and asked if I could come back. Then we exchange words about not delivering on service at which point I told him to just give me what he had and left with the 1 suit I dropped off and 13 shirts. Owner never marked my ticket for number of items picked up on March 31st in addition to me reminding him I needed the claim ticket back to pick up remaining items. I verified my count of items picked up so I would know how many left when returning for the remaining items which should have been 7 dress shirts. Note: I have been going to this cleaners for roughly 2 or more years off and on and encountered the issue of not delivery on scheduled service twice within the last 5 months. April 14, 2015, I returned to the cleaners to pick up my remaining items and discovered immediately he had only given me 6 shirts. I tell him immediately that I have 1 shirt missing and he tells no "Bro" you need to check your math. I tell him I dropped off 1 suit and 20 shirts which has been my standard over the last 5 months. You gave me 1 suit and 13 shirts when my order wasn't ready on March 31st. I asked to see his claim ticket but he didn't let me see it and gave me some numbers that didn't added up to the quantity I even dropped off originally. After going back and forth and he insisting on me checking my math. I told him I was not going to get into a verbal match with him about a shirt. We exchange words again and I left. Owner, [redacted] is very smug and lacks quality customer service experience skills. Shirt lost was [redacted] & [redacted] Plaid Non-Iron Classic Fit Dress Shirt cost $65 retail. Looking for reimbursement for lost item.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for lost shirt.

Been Using Perfect Press Cleaners for 13 Years Since Moving into Woolwich Area, and Must Say No Complaints. I Have A Tremendous Amount of Clothing Dry Cleaned on a Weekly Basis and Have Never had A Complaint..
