We are certainly sympathetic with [redacted] 's situation with not receiving her shipmentThe good news is that UPS just contacted us this morning on 12/22/and indicated that they have found this packageThey are routing this package back to Rokkitwear and then we will immediately forward along to [redacted] In addition we are going to provide Lisa with a 20% discount on a future orderThis situation is troublesome to us at Rokkitwear because we successfully met all of our obligations to the customer in terms of producing a personalized product within week of the order receiptIt is unfortunate that UPS dropped the ball in a big way hereWe are continuing to press UPS to compensate [redacted] in some way
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not agree that the company should pass the blame on to the 3rd party that they use to complete their business processes I feel that they should take ownership and provide some kind of compensation off my current order that did NOT arrive in time for family gift exchanges on Christmas A four month delay is simply disastrous in the eyes of the consumer They pass the blame on to UPS; however, they don't understand that their name is on the deal from start to finish I am glad that they have reported to finally have found the package; however, I do not intend to drop this complaint until I have the package in hand A compensation on this current order will be preferred as a customer service gesture; however, I do not feel they will provide this A future discount on orders does not satisfy my frustrations with their lack of urgency for this issue and I do not plan to use them in the future so a coupon does me no good Had I not called and pressed them every other week for three months, they would have done nothing to help me out I was the one who had to keep on them to get to the bottom of this and the lack of communication is unprofessional, in my opinionWere it not for the help of the Revdex.com in communicating with them, I do not believe they would have taken the action that they have to resolve the lost package Regards, [redacted]
