Perfect Quality One

I contracted Perfect Quality One (***) to do my Kitchen and my Walking Closet, 5 month a go Contract Amount $9,000.00 I paid him $ $7,500.00 my Kitchen still not done and hi is not answering our calls or text message.
Please I need help.
My Mother is 84 years old very ill and I have not kitchen to prepare his meals, please, please help me.

Failure to return deposit of $1,750 for work never done. Made several attempts to collect my deposit. No return calls or texts.

I entered into a contract with Perfect Quality (***) on April 5, 2017, to install Granite Counter Top and a Kitchen Sink. The work was supposed to be completed on April 7, 2017. *** cashed my deposit check on April 6, 2017. *** and Perfect Quality was a no show on April 7, 2017. After many failed attempts to contact *** and Perfect Quality by Phone and Text Messages. I located him at his place of business on May 12. 2017. He had several excuses, which was not business related, he agreed to return my full deposit of $1,750 within two business days, which never happen as of May 30th 2017. I just want my full deposit back immediately and Perfect Quality Business license revoked and suspense Perfect Quality's License until this matter is reviewed and resolved because other consumers have had similar situation with this company and ***.
