I have been using Perfect Service for a few years now.They were recommended to me by sister.They have always been prompt and courteous and answered all of my questions.Their preventative maintenance services have been a great way to save money in repairs

The people at Perfect Service have been really good to us and have gone above and beyond the call of duty more than onceWhen someone stole our heat pump and multi-split outside units a few years ago during the winter they got replacements and installed them late into the night to get us warm asapWe have both a heat pump unit for the downstairs and (since we live in a log home with exposed ceilings with no room for ducts) we also have a multi-split system for the upstairsThey are one of the few companies who will even work on that system*** has really done a great job for us on several occasionsBTW, they helped us get theft proof cages installed over our outside units so we don't have to worry about that any more:-)

I've been with perfect service for a few years now and have been very satisfied with the service I have receivedAll the technicians do a fantastic job when they come out for the visits

In May of 2018,I paid $6,for a new unitSince May,the unit has stopped working roughly every 2-weeks 8-18-18,8-22-18,9-6-18, and 9-14-
I purchased an AC unit, model FB4CNF/FB4CNP from Perfect Service Heating and Air Conditioning, Incin May of this year-for $6,I made 2-payment of $totaling $1,as a down payment and financed $5,000.00, which was the remaining balance in which case, I am still paying on as wellI make monthly payments of $to Fortiva Finance company on the remaining balance.Since August of this year(2018), approximately 3-months later, I have had nothing but problems with this so called "new unit." The unit has gone out/stopped working every 2-weeks since 8/18/18, 8/22/18, 9/6/18, and 9/14/Invoice numbers are as follows: XXXXXX, XXXXXX, XXXXXX, and XXXXXXI'm highly upset because I am still paying for this unit, which is suppose to be brand newI called to have it serviced again on 9-14-and expressed my frustrations

Andy did a super job at servicing my unit I've been wiith Perfect Service a long time and find them to be an axcellent company

As always , I continue to trust Perfect Service Heating and Air with my maintenance and service needsI expect to remain their faithful customer for years to come

So far, and we are only on day of trying to get our blower motor replaced, we will definitely not reccomend this company to anyoneWhile the technicians that we've met so far were very friendly, that doesn't get our heat fixedNo one has shown up on timeThe second quote was twice the price of the first quoteAnd here we are the day before Christmas Eve with no heat still!

On 9/10/I was contacted with an offer for an A/C inspection and cleaning and I accepted, though wary of any calls from a company that services and installs these units that also do inspections While they were trying to sell me the service over the phone I looked over reviews from Google and Revdex.com and found they appeared to be more or less reputable, so I accepted the offer Two gentlemen arrived and spent an hour or two spraying down the outside units and looking over the inside, assuring me they would show me the before and after and I would be impressed with the difference I saw the before, which didn't look bad to me to begin with, but was never shown the after Then at some point one of them came to get me and I found he had called in his manager to back up his inspection of my downstairs coil Sure enough, they found leaks, but not just any leaks, they were "large, large leaks" where the leak tester even got locked up from the extreme readings it was getting, followed by the expected "I've never seen it do that before" So next thing I know they are calling the manufacturer to find the coil is no longer made as it is a seer unit, but could be special ordered for $2500, though it could take several months The better option was to install a new up to date system, which would prove more efficient anyhow and they could make a deal with me to install their $system for just $ I explained this was only an inspection and I wasn't doing anything at this time They wrote two invoices for the $server, each explaining how the system "was not functional" per their inspection I followed up with my father in law who is licensed to handle refrigerant and also has a $leak tester We found nothing Not one single leak of any kind anywhere in the system I expected all of this from the beginning, but I only hoped that perhaps I could find an honest company to do business with I gambled and lost All I can advise is to BEWARE if you are contacted for an inspection Based on my findings I can not see how I could trust anything further they could try to tell me after trying to take me for a $10k ride I will never do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone

I beg of everyone to please get a second opinion before you spend a fortune on these people. We have been using them for awhile and started getting suspicious when we noticed that every time they went out to a property for an issue they recommended replacing equipment to the tune of thousands of dollars. We own two properties in Birmingham and have been relocated for work so due to our distance we went along with their recommendations. Last year they had us purchase a new outdoor and indoor unit which roughly ran us over $11,000. The outdoor unit was done when we were out of the country and trying to accommodate our tenants. When we came back and did research we found we grossly overpaid. The final straw was that we are finally selling a home and had an inspection done which meant the furnace needed to be serviced. I sent them and they said they cleaned it up but we need to replace the whole furnace and the outdoor unit. The exact words were "its working but its not working". We finally sent another very knowledgeable person out there who informed us the furnace was fine and did not need replacing. He also told me no cleaning was done to the furnace. I believe they saw the age of the furnace and tried to take advantage of us... again. I'm not sure how they have soo many positive reviews but if you find the negative ones you'll see a theme here. We will never be using them again and if a friend mentions who to use in Birmingham we say we don't know but please do not use Perfect Service.

The technician introduced himself professionally, which immediately told me that he's professional & a people person. He explained what his purpose for being here & what service he would provide. He explained what the warranty covers, how often he will check my unit, and I am very happy with the ervice he has provided. He is what I look to as a professional at his best.

After several years using Perfect Service, I've found the work to be professional, thorough, clean & great in all ways.

Perfect Service Technician, Allen M did a great job today,. We have used Perfect Service for several years and always appreciate every tech they have assigned to my job... Allen M was especially nice, very personable and experienced! He did a great job!! Frank H[redacted]
