1.) Gravel in the Fill Dirt - We use Grade A screened topsoil from a local company We have had no issues in the past
2.) The High Spot removal now 3" lower - This was where Mr*** had another company remove a tree We removed what
was left of the tree and filled in With the extra moisture from all of the snow this winterThe soil settled more than expected.
3.) Seed not being spread evenly - This job was completed on 9/26/ Not all the seed that was spread has sprouted yet Especially with the harsh winter, seed will not grow in the month of February There is no way to tell if Mr*** lawn needs completely reseeded or if the seed we spread didn't sprout It was too early in the season to see new grass
Mr*** phone calls were returned to his office number that he left us to call him back on We left several messages for him and he left several for us We were not avoiding his phone callUpon receiving the Revdex.com complaint, we saw there was another number to contact him on, which we did promptlyWhen we contacted Mr***, he stated that "he understood that the grass would not have sprouted because it was still too cold" and the "only reason he filed a Revdex.com complaint was to get us to contact him." I explained to him we called him on the number he left for us and he said he hadn't received the messages
On March 21st, we went to Mr*** house and "Fixed" all areas free of chargeWe filled in more topsoil and reseeded the areas At this time of service, as before, Mr*** said he was happy with his yard

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
