carrier does not pay. Due to HIPAA compliance, I am unable to
discuss the specifics of your case in this forum, however, a separate detailed

I am rejecting this response because: It is the responsibility of the business to provide accurate information to patients regarding fees. An estimate cannot be more than half the price that will be billed. This is NOT an estimate. It's fraudulent. I would return any product I purchased if I was billed double once I received the product. However, I can't return my daughters wisdom teeth. Perfect Teeth needs to absorb this cost as it was their misrepresentation.
