Hello ***perfect timing does not have a problem with [redacted] ,we talked to him and agreed with him on taking care of his car ,we told him we will have a company will take care his 4 wheels at our shop and he agreed to that the scratches are very minor ,its extremely hard to see... it ,even so we told him we will take care of it ,our company charge us [redacted] dollars to fix the problem ,we even offer him the money if he want to take care it himself .we think we did whatever we can to please him , Thank you [redacted]

Thank you for contacting us about this problem , *** *** had a failed transmission ,she was given a choice to get either a low mileage original transmission from japan or a Lexus remanufactured transmission ,she decided on the low mileage transmission because of the price
difference , either case our warranty is maximum one year or k miles witch she is clearly over the warranty , Thank you
