Perfect Touch Maintenance

Review: The two men that came to clean the chimney were escorted to the basement by my wife. One left to get tools and the other began as my wife returned upstairs. Two minutes later, they called my wife to the basement stating there was a problem with the terracotta flue, it was falling apart. After explaining that the chimney needed to be replaced they said they could do it for $1500.00. This is my problem, my chimney does not have a terracotta flue. It is a fire brick lined chimney. My other problem is that when I came home to see what they had done, I discovered the chimney was not swept and the flue pipe connecting the boiler to the chimney was improperly installed allowing exhaust gases into the basement. All of this was a scam to sell us a liner.Desired Settlement: I would like the public to be made aware of this outfit's unethical business practices.
