Perfect Weather A/C and Refr. cannot be reached for completion of their commitment to install a thermostat in our home at 403 Barlow Ave. Sarasota.
Perfect Weather A/C and Refrigeration installed an air-conditioner in our town home at 403 Barlow Ave. Sarasota early July. It was part of our agreement that they would install a thermostat and switch as well. They said they did not have the right kind of thermostat and would come back. They never have and they cannot be reached at all. They do not pick up our calls any more and they do not respond to text messages either. This past Monday, I was able to call them from a different phone and Jesse (I think) said that they would send someone on Wednesday after 2 pm. I took half a day off and waited for them all day after 2 pm. They never came and never let us know why. Now, they are playing this cat and mouse game of not responding to our calls and messages again. We must think that they do not wish to honor the rest of our agreement and they do not want to install the thermostat they promised. I wrote messages to them this morning again and they would not respond. We have determined that they want to cheat us out of the thermostat and the switch that they promised to install when we paid their invoice in full. Please contact the above business and sort out what we can do to make them comply. Sincerely, ***/
