In response to your letter to the Revdex.com; I am disappointed that you failed to mention all of the extras that
we provided to you that were not included in our original agreementWe added additional return ducting that was extremely difficult to engineer so that your equipment would work more efficiently and move the proper amount of airWe added an additional supply duct to optimize airflow, which you stated was so efficient you were able to cool your entire house without the need of the downstairs system being turned onThis may be part of the problemI did not state that you could cool your house to degrees under any conditionsI did state that it would cool to degrees with an ambient temperature of degrees; but the load calculation is built on the premise that the downstairs unit is cooling its area effectively as wellHigher ambient temperatures and humidity will have an impact on the systems capacityYou also failed to mention that we gave you the $1,rebate out of our own pocket because Edison wanted us to install a smaller system to qualify you for the utility rebateI didn't agree with their finding and gave you the rebate money on good conscience that we were doing the best thing for you as a customer of Perfect WeatherWe installed high efficiency grills for you and did everything we stated in our agreementThis is the first time you have mentioned that your house is not coolingSince the first week we installed your system you have been giving us accolades about how well the system is working and how much nicer the downstairs feels with only the upstairs unit runningI am sorry you have changed your mind, but we cannot continue to put money into your home if the original duct design is incapable of delivering adequate airflow to every room evenlyI have given you a very fair price to attempt to balance the airflow upstairsOur regular fee for this would normally be over $1,I am doing the best I can for you and I hope that you can appreciate the tremendous effort we have made to show you we treat all of our customers fairly

"My goal is for you to have degrees upstairs at any given time without consuming more electricity." This is a direct quote from my agreement with Perfect WeatherAnd, as I stated in my original complaint, the system is not performing per the agreement
And, once again, as I stated in my original complaint, my maintenance agreement was not honored
I will under no circumstance pay any more money for any further work done in my home by Perfect Weather
This company has not honored its agreement

I NEVER made that statementNo air conditioning specialist would ever make that claimWe know full well that ambient temps will increase/decrease the systems capacityThat would be like an auto mechanic stating that your car will always get mpg regardless of traffic conditions, hills, tire pressure, and/or maintenance
And, once again, as I stated in my original complaint, my maintenance agreement was not honored.- *** ***
We went to his house on June 18th, to service his system under our complimentary service agreement
As for a second response to the initial complaintPerfect Weather is willing to abide by the original contract that states his system will qualify for the Edison rebateWe will follow Edison's rules and reduce the size of the system so that Mr*** can get his rebate from EdisonMr*** can give us back the $1,that we gave him and we will apply this money to balancing the airflow to all of the bedrooms that are connected to the replacement system
