Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I signed the fixed price proposal for installation of the heat pump and included detailed specification of the heat pump Please see attached Even prior to that I communicated with MrS***, and he had information regarding the heat pump dimensions in advance of providing his proposal I assumed he had reviewed the job and properly planned the installation As he indicated, when the heat pump arrived, they then decided it would not fit We could not return the heat pump and had to order a 2nd After the fact, I ask a third party who confirmed the first heat pump could have fit in the available space but would have required re-ductingIn spite have paying for heat pumps, we paid for the fixed price installation as specified by the executed proposal Per the proposal, there is a one year warrantee on labor MrS [redacted] has refused to review the situation, and we have engaged a third party to determine whether the defect is with installation or the unit Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello Please see attachment So I’ve reviewed Richards response and I pulled the fileAnd it’s funny that I don’t have that chicken scratch attachment to my original proposal anywhereWhen the customer decides to order their own equipment they are taking on the issues and liabilities that may arise with it , including if it’s the wrong unit and warranty issuesPlus as you can see from the attached email he admits to his screw up and says he will order the right oneSo please , enough of this , I am very busy and don’t have time for his nonsense if he had paid for the extra hours that we had to invest in this project in the first place we wouldn’t be wasting any body’s time right nowWe would have followed up on this issue !
