Yost & Campbell Installed a 20 KW Generator on December **, 2012 and completed on December **, 2012. Per the initial contract customer received an a credit of $500.00. Gas leaks were found during an inspection on the customers existing gas line which had to be repaired. Yost and... Campbell made repairs to the customers existing gas lines. The customers generator was full operational at this time as we awaited [redacted] and the building inspection. We preformed maintenance and a Tune-up on the generator at no cost to the customer on 12/*/2014. Upon Building inspection, the inspector wanted a concrete slab which is not common, but we complied at no cost to customer. [redacted] locked the gas line in error which we rectified with [redacted] as soon as we could. The fact that the customer had no use of her generator for 3 months due to [redacted] has no impact since we verified during this time the generator was not used. The customer is just refusing to pay balance with no real damage or cause.

installed the previous year in September At this time Mrs*** explained to me what sounded as if the tackstrip was being felt at the transition and the carpet was coming undone from the tackstrip on the cornersAfter I researched her invoice and install date, I spoke to Mrs*** about her year labor warranty and the manufacture warranty with Mohawk IndustriesAt this time Mrs*** and I discussed what can be done being she was out of her one year labor warranty and also asked the reason why she had delayed notifying usHer response was, her daughter had a baby and didn't feel wellI scheduled an appointment on December 8th arriving between 10:0010:30, for the Owner and myself to determine if a claim needed to be filed with Mohawk for defective carpetUpon arrival Mrs*** was not present but her daughter, a male and approximately a 6-month babyThe owner Joe was shown the areas her mother (Mrs***) was concerned aboutAfter inspecting the areas, we sat and talked with Mrs***'s daughter and the male individual with the resultsWe both explained Mrs*** purchased and installed into her home a Sub FHA carpet and that is the reason she felt the tackstrip at the transitionA quick fix with a mallet will push the nails in the tackstip back downWe did not see any type of manufacture defect and explained there was no carpet defect claim to be filed with Mohawk IndustriesThe conversation and appointment was wrapping up when Mrs*** arrived and Joe explained to her his findingsMrs*** became upset and Joe was verbally assaulted, we left immediatelyAs we were leaving I was verbally and physically assaulted and the Rio Rancho Police Department was called and a report was filedWe were advised by RRPD to send a warranty brochure to Mrs*** because she was confused about her warranty and was under the impression she had a lifetime warranty onthe life of her carpet instead of stain and soilOn December 9th 2015, I provided by mail another warranty brochure to Mrs*** at *** *** ** ** RR NM Mrs***'s claim for labor and manufacture has been closed due to no findings of defective material.Thank youCharmaine C***Invoice #***yds Savory Ginger Spice$per yard or $per sqfoot - includes carpet, 7/6lb pad, install, teand disposal Total invoice amount: $ 1034.43Warranty Information as applies:Perfection Carpet &Flooring Inc Labor Warranty: yearMohawk Manufacture Warranty: Lifetime: stain-soil-pet urine-anti staticyear: abrasive wear-texture retention-fade resistance-manufacturing defect*carpet characteristic exclusions
