I am rejecting this response because:Here are some pictures of how my lawn looks from when they came and put it in last JuneThe grubs were in the sod that Jeremy James installed which is the reason my grass has died and continues to dieJeremy J*** is the one who told me there were grubs and still has not upheld the warrantyAlso attached is a picture of the broken sprinkler head that he has also been informed about but has not fixed which is also warrantedGrubs or no grubs he still has not replaced the sod that died after he put it in last summer, after being informed and seeing it for himself for monthsAlso, the replacement sod his crew brought to the house that he says did not grow because of grubs is incorrectThe new sod did not take because it was left on the side of my house for nine days before they came back to install it, and was already dead and rotting and Jeremy was also notified of this numerous timesMore pictures of my lawn are available if needed to verify my claim, I was only able to upload Four of them

The workmanship of the soil to sustain a healthy lawn & guarantee that a premium sod supplied & installed in a professional manner is warrantied for one year-lawn was treated for a fungus in at no chargeWe did come in to replace patches of sod due to the previous fungusCustomer
stated that the new sod was dying due to grubs which we informed them we could come out and treat lawn for insects ( not under warranty)-we cannot warranty conditions such as Mother Nature, pets, poor care and improper fertilizer, inadequate watering schedule etc....we are willing to warranty issues that are a direct result of our initial installationAlso, we can resolve outside issues not covered under warranty for a charge as we already explained to customer

We have no issues with warranty work on sprinklers system or sod, however, replacing any sod while the grubs are still present will only kill the new sod. We have informed the customer to treat the lawn for grubs prior to is proceeding with any work
