After nearly 20 years of novice work on computers, I finally ran into a problem of file associations that I simply couldn't fix or even get into the programs to attempt a recovery. For the first time I committed to professional help. I chose Precision PC based on a recommendation by a friend. I am very satisfied with the results. Got my Dell desktop back from them with the machine functioning better than new. Besides that, they fixed up an external hard disk I have never been able to make function at full capacity. I have now been able to backup my machine and avoid future "death" crashes. All this for an hour charge at a reasonable price. This is the first time I have been impressed enough with a service write a Revdex.com review.
After 2 attempts from Comcast technicians to connect me to the Internet with their supplied modem I called Perfection PC and received an appointment for the following day.
Their technician [redacted] was very professional, efficient and friendly. Computer was connected to the internet quickly,
everything was checked and updated and my computer
is running better than ever...
Price was very reasonable and it is definitely a business you can trust. Thanks again :)
