The painter's went out to his house and took pictures of the paint job and used two coats plus primer was used on the paint jobWhat we believed happened is that the H.O.Ahad not approved the paint job and the paint was done without the H.O.A approvalSo Mr [redacted] wanted the paint job done to H.O.A approvalHad we roofed the house on the of February we believe Mr [redacted] would have refused to pay us for the work and said that he hated the paint jobMr [redacted] told me that there was touthat he wanted doneHe never said until now that he hated the paint job and it was a terrible jobI have pictures of the before and after of the paint job and the text messagesA color change on a house the size of Mr [redacted] is over $6,We just want to fix what is allegedly wrong with the paint jobIf the paint job is as bad as Mr [redacted] says that it is, if it is that terrible of a job that can't be fixed we will give him a full refundAll we want to do is finish the job that we started including the roofIf the roof doesn't pass inspection, which it will, he doesn't have to pay us until it doesWe pride ourselves on doing great workMr [redacted] won't even show us were the work is bad as we have asked him to on many recent occasionsAll that we request is Mr [redacted] show us in person why the paint job went from a great paint job that he inspected first and paid us the first $for, to a paint job that is now what he calls a terrible paint jobOur other question is, had we roofed his house on the 13th would he have told us not only was he not paying us for the roof replacement, but would he have told us that we owed him money to get his house painted again? Once again if the paint job is as bad as he says it is we will give him a full refund and an apologySincerely [redacted]

We were to roof the house on February 13 we contacted our customer Mr. [redacted] and told him that we were going to roof the house the following day. On the day that we contacted Mr. [redacted] he texted us back and said that he wanted a refund for the work. The painter's according to Mr. [redacted]...

had done  at first a great job, and then when it was time to roof the house Mr. [redacted] texted me on the 13th the day of the roofing job to start that he wanted a full refund of the $6,000.00, so he could have someone else repaint the entire house. The paint job was $6,000.00 which included a 100% color change  it was not painting the house the same color it was to paint the house a 100% different color. Mr. [redacted] said when we picked up the first check that they loved the paint job. It has been almost six months since we painted the house and the day we were to start roofing the house we hear for the first time that Mr. [redacted] hates the paint job and wants a full refund. We take great pride in our work and want our customers to always be happy with our work. Mr. [redacted] received many compliments on the paint job from his neighbors.  Our painter's takes great pride in their work. The really strange thing to me is if what Mr. [redacted] said was true why would he take six months to request a refund? The painter's went out to his house and took pictures of the paint job and used two coats plus primer was used on the paint job. What we believed happened is that the H.O.A. had not approved the paint job and the paint was done without the H.O.A approval. So Mr. [redacted] wanted the paint job done to H.O.A approval. Had we roofed the house on the 13 of February we believe Mr. [redacted] would have refused to pay us for the work and said that he hated the paint job. Mr. [redacted] told me that there was touch-up that he wanted done. He never said until now that he hated the paint job and it was a terrible job. I have pictures of the before and after of the paint job and the text messages. A color change on a house the size of Mr. [redacted] is over $6,000.00. We just want to fix what is allegedly wrong with the paint job. If the paint job is as bad as Mr. [redacted] says that it is, if it is that terrible of a job that can't be fixed we will give him a full refund. All we want to do is finish the job that we started including the roof. If the roof doesn't pass inspection, which it will, he doesn't have to pay us until it does. We pride ourselves  on doing great work. Mr. [redacted] won't even show us were the work is bad as we have asked him to on many recent occasions. All that we request is Mr. [redacted] show us in person why the paint job went from a great paint job that he inspected first and paid us the first $6000.00 for, to a paint job that is now what he calls a terrible paint job. Our other question is, had we roofed his house on the 13th would he have told us not only was he not paying us for the roof replacement, but would he have told us that we owed him money to get his house painted again? Once again if the paint job is as bad as he says it is we will give him a full refund and an apology. Sincerely [redacted]
