Perfection Pools

rch 2,and completed on or about April 25, per the contract we signed.It did not start on time, the work was not prosecuted in a timely way and now it is March of and the pool is not remotely near completion.The video my wife took in November of shows the state of the pool completion , then and as it is today, many months later.This video may be viewed by entering FACEBOOKSearch for "Perfection Pools" and there is the visual record of the pool and siteand there are NO workers present as alleged by Perfection PoolsThe two emails sent this March areovershadowed by the emails we sent to Perfection Pools as well as the number of phone calls made, few of which were returned.Also there is still work to be done outside the gated and fenced yardThe concrete spill down our side yard and into our neighbor's yard

*** *** we were told we would get a letter saying they waranty and the liner but never did but at this point I dont believe it if something does happent to the pool or liner since it was fixed when we couldnt get into it and there not going open the pool like they said they were either cause his wife told us that she doesnt have to do anything he agreed to she got rude with us alot of times

Again we have sentt several emails in regards to completing the jobWe are willing to come out and work with permission from the homeownersAre store is closed in the winter except for a few days a week for a couple hours so we apologize that we have not responded as fast as the customer would like. Perfection Pools Tucson is a responsive, professional service company providing swimming pool and spa maintenance and service to homeowners We have been residents of Oro Valley since 2009, at which time we contracted with Perfection Pools The company has provided us with weekly maintenance by highly qualified, personable technicians who have done excellent work When we have had special requests (e.ga leaking pool filter tank, solar heat issues) the company has been very responsive and helpful The costs of their services are reasonable; we believe we are receiving considerable value for what is charged

We are willing to go out there and complete the job, but they have a locked gate and we have sent several emails trying to contact them on March 7, and March 21, and no one has yet to reply. We had our Hispanic subcontractors out there trying to work but with all
the pictures being taken and Videos being blasted on Social Media they refuse to go back out there and work! Again we are willing to come complete the job we just need the Okay from the home owners that there will be no more pictures nor videos taken will our workers are on the job! Thanks,Perfection Pools

*** *** It is true we have a driveway gateWe opened it whenever work was to be perfprmedIt has been many months We have had the gate open on many occasions when requested to do so and Perfection Pools did not show up ,nor did they contact us or ask to rescheduleWe would typically call them and wait a week or more for a reply.As regards the video my wife made, she sent it to Perfection Pools and after a month we had no replyThere were no workers on site in this video.The video was made and sent to Perfection Pools since we did not receive phone messages placed to them.After my wife placed the video on social media we received a call of concern from Perfection Pools

This matter has been handled and the customer was satisfied when we left.Thank you,

We will warranty the repair to the liner.  We have done everything the customer has asked and went out there on several occasions to resolve the issues.  I will Put in writing that we will Warranty the Repair to the Liner!
