Perfection Roofing

Review: Perfection Roofing put on a metal roof June 6, 2014, snow guards late June.

Though they were not the snow guards I was expecting, He put on snow bars.

Well, this winter they broke . They could not hold the snow. Starting in the beginning of March, I called him.

He promised to come out, and fix them. Did not come out.

During the course of three months, I have repeatedly called and emailed him to no availDesired Settlement: I want the repairs done on my roof. If [redacted]. owner of Perfection roofing does not come and do the necessary repairs , I want him to pay for another company to do the work .

After initial response from Revdex.com, he promised but still did not come out. I was forced to hire another company after being repeatedly ignored. I told him someone else has purchased the materials, and will be doing the work the work today July 16,2015.After repeatedly ignored, [redacted] from Perfection roofing responded only when I wrote him and told him someone else was doing the work, and I would be sending him the bill.As far as his response, yes the material was inferior and was not attached correctly, missing screws on his bars, as well as other places where missing screws have slid and pushed on the gutters.The company is going to be putting on what I asked for, Snow guards . And put in more screws that are missing, and fix all the loose trim.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When [redacted] did not call or email, I told him another contractor gave me an estimate and was going to do the work, and I would bill [redacted].When I told him this by phone and email, he later responded by giving me a time and date .By the time he emailed me, I told him the contractor already purchased the materials and gave me a date and time.I feel he had more than enough time time, 4 months to do the necessary work. Which included constant phone calls and emails, asking him to come out and fix the damages.[redacted]
