I called Perfectly Plumb sometime the week of April 27 letting them know I needed to have a toilet installed and 2 sink facets in my bathroom. I was having back surgery on May 8 and told them I needed it done as soon as possible. They stated they would be out first thing on Monday morning May 11 at 7. I gave them my home phone (since I would be in the hospital) if anything changed. They did not show up on Monday morning and didn't let my husband know by calling our home number. I called them Monday morning and they stated that a job was running over and they wouldn't be able to do it until Tuesday. I told them we'd really need it done on Tuesday because I was getting home from the hospital on Monday. I called them on Tuesday morning and was told the plumber called in sick and they would get back to me with in an hour as to when they'd be out to do it. They never called back!!!! So it's Thursday morning and I still have not heard from them and have a toilet sitting in my bedroom. I've never ever had an awful experience like this before.
