customer didn't follow instructions regarding campaign assets required before pilot launch. The customer also ignored recommended launch timelines that are in place to insure smooth running pilots. These actions cost us extra money and overtime hours to get the pilot launched. The campaign was in fact launched prematurely and didn't create satisfactory results for the customer. We do these pilots every day and have great success with nearly all of our customers. A huge factor of success hinges on the calling list. If the client provides us a list of clients who all happen to be uninterested or unqualified for the product or service...we are not held responsible. Further, our contract clearly states that we do not guarantee positive results or outcomes. We have informed (from the very beginning of the dispute) the customer that he has a credit of hours to retry the pilot with our company. We are happy to try again with the pilot, but we would need to follow our normal protocols.
