October 25, To whom it may concern, [redacted] contacted me through [redacted] asking about a 5-speed carI proceeded to tell him about the ones that I had for sale on the lot at that timeHe stopped in with his friend, [redacted] ***He told me he wanted the Mini Cooper, I proceeded to explain to him all that has been fixed on the vehicleI have receipts for everything I have done to the vehicleHe then stated that he wanted the vehicle, so we started the paperworkHe needed more money for a down payment, so he told us that he had a vehicle that was not running that he would bring to usWe then proceeded with the deal and when it came time I asked him if he wanted to put a service contract on the vehicle and he said noWe did put GAP insurance on the Mini Cooper [redacted] has driven the car and when he came in to pay his deferred down payment he told [redacted] that he was very happy with the carHe then told us his friend that was going to tow the car for him had something wrong with his truckI told him that I will try to get the vehicle, I have been very busyOn Oct 14th [redacted] wrote me on [redacted] through the business page and told me that he would like to speak to me about the Mini CooperI talked to him and asked him what was wrongI didn’t understand how this could be happening to something that was completely redoneI then proceeded to tell him to stop down on Monday and we will see what we can do to fix itHe bought a used vehicle from a used car dealership and declined a service contract when he purchased the vehicleI was willing to have him bring it to me, so I could see what was wrongHe told me he worked all day Monday, so I said Tuesday or Wednesday would also be fineHe then told me that he did not want my mechanic to work on his car since he did all the work to the motor and it allegedly is ready to blow upHe took the car to his mechanic and changed spark plugs then after that is when a spark plug blew out of the motorHe has proceeded to tell me that he has done this before and he won that court caseI have all messages of proof that I was never rude or ignorant to him at allHe was threatening me from the beginning because I wouldn’t give him exactly what he wantedI am more than willing to help him out with fixing the Mini CooperAll he has to do is bring it over to me [redacted] paid $for the vehicle, declined service contract and yes to GAP coverageSincerely, A&J’s Used Auto Sales, LLC
