Perfekt Marketing is a third-party scheduling office; not the*n**p;fulfillment company for the travel certificates*** *** seems to be confusing our company with *** ***, which is the travel*n**p;fulfillment*n**p;company she spoke to beginning of September and with whom she accepted their offer of adults and stateroom
*** ***e references*n**p;the promotional letter, and claims it*n**p;lists adults and staterooms, which is falseThe disclaimer states, "The
cruise tickets are for four (4), two adults and up to two children in one cabin plus airfare."
Perfekt Marketing did not misrepresent the terms of the certificate, verbally or written,*n**p;and is not at fault for *** *** misinterpretations

Perfekt Marketing clearly explained to [redacted] the terms and conditions of the travel certificate when she...

called into our office, and her mail piece had the same information in writing in the disclaimer. Though [redacted] chose to interpret the information provided to her differently than what was stated verbally and in writing, [redacted] still contacted her. Both parties came to a mutual agreement and [redacted] is moving forward with redeeming her travel certificate.

Based on the information our company is providing, we believe you will find this matter sufficiently handled and close this complaint.
