Perfix did have the authority to serviceable work without the authority of the owner or agent. Perfix recieved money for work that they didn't do.
The main water line from the meter to the house broke or busted. Bids were in place and apparently Perfix won the bidding. Invoice #*** (requires occupants name) Perfix opinnied the symptom was" Broken water line meter to house; Broken sewer line under the house." Perfix symptom, diagnosis, and solution was to replace water line and " repair sewer line under the house that they didn't do at all. Removing the wind brace and insulation to help keep the water pips from freezing, they didn't cover the hole back up so the exposed pips busted, so I had to pay to Perfix $*** more to fix that leak.
I represent that I am the acting agent of the property with authority to order to order said work. I was never contacted about any such work regarding the services of Perfix. I tired to communicate with Perfix regarding the matter, it seems as if, as long as they got their money nothing else really matters.
Show me the rules or regulations and explain to me how Perfix charge for work it didn't do under proper and legal authority to do anything. I have lived at this address for years, it an very old house but its livable, my mother is *** years old she*** living on a fix income. I myself, I have medical problem. I can't keep paying to have these kinds of unfair policies, and not having this matter investigated by someone with some authority to make the right decisions
Perfix did have the authority to do said work. Work was paid for by the City of *** - Senior Citizen Program. Bid was accepted by the City of *** which was submitted by Lizzie *** or her representative. An application had to be submitted with bid in order for work to be approved. Original bid was for the amount of $***. A discount of $*** was given at the time. Original invoice #*** was for the completed work. #*** was the bid number. Invoice states there is only a 30-day warranty. Copies of invoice and bid were provide to customer.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Perfix claim that they had the authorization to do service work located at ***. The home is owned by Lizzie *** whom *** lives there with son whom is the Attorney In Fact. Invoice #*** shows a bid by Petrfix of $*** to replace water line and repair sewer line. The water is under ground covered up, the sewer line is very visible underneath the house next to the house foundation. Perfix claim The City of *** Senior Citizen Program paid for the service work but did not produce any document regarding the authorized authority to enter the property. Invoice #*** contained Item Code, Description, Price Each and Amount charged. Materials $***; Equipment Rental $***; And allegedly replaced main water line from meter to the house. Hook up to fixtures not included, and "Repaired sewer line under house. Perfix disingenuous response to original complaint #*** is nothing more than the practice of working to people's disadvantage behind their back with falsities and inexactitude in their business operating transaction regarding service work
