Hi [redacted] just to let you know that Eubanks roofing never called me or came over like he saidl last week.  This is what he always does to me.  In his email he said he will get in touch with me.

Review: In May of 2013, I contact Mr. [redacted] on the commission of custom medieval costume pieces. Initially, Mr. [redacted] was very helpful and responded almost instantly while assisting me in making my order with him. After making my order and giving him my measurements, I paid his mandatory 50% down payment, and he assured me that he'd be checking in with me frequently to show me progress on the items. Unfortunately, this wasn't true, and getting in touch with him was almost impossible. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after he had returned an email eventually, stating this time of year was a very busy one for him. From this point on, it got even worse, as any attempt of phone or email contact was simply ignored. The time of completion on the project was supposed to be in the fall, and it is now January. I recently tried one more final attempt to get in touch with him, but the continued silence did not make me feel any better. Checking in on his website to see if there were any updates on his status, I've now come to find out his website has been disabled. I can only assume that he is for sure going to fail in fulfilling my order, and is not going to reimburse me for my payment for the item.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my payment I'd given Mr. [redacted] for my items, in the amount of $500 (the exact payment I made to him).
