Revdex.com:After almost two months, a half a dozen emails, a certified letter, a threat of  a lawsuit, and a complaint to the Revdex.com, we finally got there.  Truly world class customer service.

It appears that after posting his reply, Mr. [redacted] took the opportunity to review the matter more carefully and he appears to have come to a different decision as shown in this email he sent after posting his comments to the Revdex.com site.Unfortunately our bookkeeper will be unavailable for 2 weeks. Thus we will not know for sure if we initially sent you the funds or not, therefore we have initiated an e-payment transfer for $750. Please expect them within 3-4 business days. If we find that we did pay you upon or bookkeepers return we trust you will return the $750 recently sent. Please enjoy the world class tenants we have provided you.Thank you![redacted] / DirectorIf Mr. [redacted] honors  his commitment to  deposit the $750  in our account and in consultation with his bookkeeper decides that the this repayment to us is correct and no further adjustment is needed, we will consider the matter resolved.  Until both of these conditions are met, the issue is not resolved and the complaint is still open.  Thank you.

Jim [redacted] was our property manager for about a year now until he screwed us over by taking advantage of the fact that we did not live in the same state to consistently check up on our house in person. Jim became rude and doesn't care about the landlords money. He would side with the tenants when he was working for us. He made unnecessary expenses like cutting the grass 4-6 times a month. When it came time for our tenets to move out he did not even show up to inspect our property and the tenets left our home keys on the counter because Jim was not there to receive them. We had our house painted before our tenants moved in and we came to our house we noticed the paint was not done all over the house, just on some walls and done VERY poorly but charged more than enough for a simple paint job. There's no point of him being a property manager if he is never there to take care of our house and if he doesn't care for the landlords money. His license should be suspended. I HIGHLY recommend no one use him as a property manager.

These guys found the formula! It took me a couple weeks of shopping around for a PM company.... They won me over with their tenant eviction guarantee. I can't stand the fees and headaches of the eviction process, if they pick the tenant they cover it and replace the tenant on their dime. Bravo P.A.M.!!! Looking forward to what this year brings.
