vehicle never had cold ac and was brought back on july 10th and was never fixed the y never said anything about recharging and a $charge because they have never called us back and the person who responded to this complaint tom we never spoke to or heard of as far as the second paragraph on june 29th I was asked to put a deposit so they could start repair on the vehicles we were going to buy we did buy the first one (nothing was ever said as to refundable or not ) who is going to pay for repairs before they even see or drive a carand we did state that we did absolutely have every intention of buying the second car until we actually got see it and on the hood of the car in deep scratches were the words [redacted] You and my husband said they need to buff it out before he even thought about taking the cari think at that point my husband and [redacted] had some heated words and we leftthen [redacted] harassed my husband and told him the owner would not sell that car to him because he could not afford to at the pre-agreed upon price and we continued to try to get the air conditioning fixed and no one would call us back the last date I believe we spoke to anyone was july 17thalso when we finally got to drive the car Well all they do is keep mentioning you and the repairs and they never completed all the repairs because the f word was still there and we couldn't open the passengers doors or the trunk and here were no seat belts when we finally got to drive the car several weeks later

Regarding complaint # ***Hi, I have read the complaint made by *** ***. The purchase price of the *** *** was $3,including all of our fees The vehicle had cold A/c upon purchase The vehicle came with a guarantee to pass state inspection, which it did
The vehicle did not come with a warranty due to its mileage being over 125k miles She called back sometime after purchase explaining that the A/c was cold, just not cold enough We told her that we would be willing to recharge it for her to try to make it colder for a cost of $(ten dollars) She refused. Secondly, This customer was also buying another car from us around the same time (a *** ***) She requested that we do several repairs to the vehicle We, at that time, requested her put down $to cover part of the cost of these repairs in order to make the vehicle satisfactory for her to purchase it We explained to her that the $would not be refundable if she doesn't buy the vehicle when the repairs are done She stated that if we did these repairs, then she would 100% buy it We completed all of the repairs upon her request A few days later we notified her to come in to pay the balance of the vehicle and that all her requests had been completed She said that she changed her mind and doesn't want to buy it anymore She stated that she wanted her money back We therefore contacted our attorney to find out what our obligations were Our attorney explained that as long as these requested repairs were done specifically as a condition of sale by this customer, then she was not obligated to a refund.
