installed new performance racing crate motor from phoenix engines that I had shipped and delivered to his shop at performance auto care center

Absolutely terrible service would never recommend this place to anyone ever so the slightest and easiest task john is terrible as well not reliable at all has had my car for months with no progress

She purchased a coupon card for oil changeCard apparently expires on September 17, On this card the services offered are by appointment onlyNo walk ins
She previously failed to appear for a scheduled appointment
She called on September 8, and wanted to
come in on that dayI told here there were no openings available, and the rest September was bookedShe got upset, made some threats, a little loud, and I can understand she was upsetBut, this is a small shop, space is limited, and there were others who were ahead of her and I could not accomodate herShe could call on a daily basis if there were any cancellations I would fit her in if possible but she wanted it done immediatelly, and my offer was not good enough for her
She demanded a refund so I suggested she contact the comnpany she purchased the card fromShe did not purchase it from me so I would not isssue a refund on funds I never receivedShe got more upset
Asked if I would extend it and I said I would notShe got more irateI tried to explain to her I there are only so many hours in a day and there werre others in front of her who had to be taken care of, who had made appointments earlier, but it seemed she believed she was more important than all ,others and needed to be serviced FirstShe just got louder and more obstinate
I don't like to listen to people yelling and I knew the conversations was going nowhere so I hung up, after telling her I was going to end the callI have work to doThis is a small shop and I can't be wasting my time with unreasonable people
I will not give her a refund, because she did not pay meI did not sell her the coupon
I will not extend the dead;line for her, simply because she was irate and rudeI have for others, but I have the right to refuse service to those who are impolite, rude, and or obnoxious

[redacted] was provided with a copy of the invoice months ago and in fact still has an outstanding balance owing. He certainly did not pay the balance and in retrospect I should not have allowed the car to go without receiving full payment. My error.

Don't have any kind of repair order for the time element cited. Is there a repair order # that I can respond to? Or maybe a year, make, model as that is how our repair orders are filed.
