The front controls interface module ordered from Performance Auto was non-working when it arrived at the Ford Dealership. I contacted Performance Auto to inform them of the issue on 11-5-19 and was assured that they would email me the address to return the part as no packing slip or information was included in the box, nor did I have an address for the business. No email was forthcoming. I spoke with them four additional times with the same results. At this time I lodged a dispute with my credit card company as I had no idea where to ship the part and had no confidence in the company. Performance Auto blatantly lied in their response to CitiCards that they requested photos, written documentation and that they could ship a replacement part. This information was never requested as I would have happily provided whatever needed to resolve this issue.
This fiasco started on Oct 25, 2019 and I have received only one response from my numerous calls and emails - an email on Feb 5th stating that they have a 30 day return policy. I sincerely believe that Performance Auto knew exactly what they were doing in this matter and intended to "run out the clock" on my complaint, which is why they would never provide me the return information. As a last resort I obtained an address from paperwork sent to CitiCards and returned the defective part to an address in ***, *** on Feb 7th, 2020.

Hanna G texted me about a part looked at online by my significant other. I ended up buying the part needless to say the pictures from the email was not what was sent and delivered to my home. Before purchasing this part I asked about refund policy and was told a full refund would be returned if part was returned. I call the customer service and asked them where to return the part, they gave me the address on the statement of ***. I drove 81 miles to discover that it was someone’s apartment. I called back and complained some more. After numerous calls and no answers where to return the part. I spoke to Multiple supervisors and he assured me they would send the label on Monday to send back. That never happened I called them Tuesday and was told to ship back to ***. After sending the part back and paying 38$, after I was told I would receive a shipping label I never received. The customer service number *** said a restocking fee would apply. Every person said that they would call me back and contact. The calls say that they are recorded and told them to pull the call and they refused.

they said they would send me a front bumper for a 2007 pontiac g6 not damage , it came in damage 0n 10/21/19 , they won,t return my calls , for a full refund of 455.59 , i'm sending the cracked bumper back to

I bought a cylinder head from them for 288.00. they told me is was very good it was all checked over before shipping. when I recieved it the head was a piece of junk, it was all rustedout. I wouldnt put that on a go cart. I repeatedly called their customer service dept. for 3 days with no results.they keep telling me they will call me back and never do. I have emailed them 4 times called at least 20 times and was told the manager will call me. never has. ifeel im getting the run around or they scamed me.

I ordered a cluster panel for a 1996 *** for $107.99 in April, 2019. Connections would not work so the part was returned within the time frame allowed to request a refund. To date after repeated calls to Kevin H at and the Sales Manager, Bella R and multiple promises of a refund, I finally received $60.00 from *** Auto Salvage another yard, but have not received the $107.00 from Performance Auto Parts. I have called numerous times with no positive results only promises.

I purchased what was to be a Grade A 80K mile used engine to be shipped to my mechanic to replace my current one for $750. When it arrived it was a VERY high mileage leaking wore out piece of junk which was unusable. Since they couldn't find me a good conditioned replacement they were going to refund my money. They refunded $400 back onto my credit card and keep giving me the run-around on the remaining $350. After multiple calls, emails, and texts I generally get voicemails with no return response. I'd like to get my balance back and have them send a carrier to pick up the junk engine. There's a 30 day warranty so I'm assuming they are stalling around until that runs out? This has been going on for almost a month. Their customer service is definitely a service to no customer.

The address I submitted is the only address I'd gotten from Performance Auto Parts. The customer service phone number I received was c/o Bella R if that will help? I've been trying to find their website again but haven't had any luck. Perhaps you have better resources?
