Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I find it appalling that the business says that I just have buyers remorseI would like to say that that statement is in true I have bought plenty of cars/trucks in my past and fulfilled the contract of the purchaseI needed a car and I chose a car from this carlotI took it home and the very next morning not even 24hrs after buying the car did not startFinally after getting it to start I drove it to work and after I got off work I tried to start it again (Ford Freestyle) and it did not start again still not even 24hrs laterI have plenty of witnesses at my work that had seen thatI got a hold of the salesman there I think his name was Wade and I told him about the situationHe seemed concerned and said that he will talk to the owner and see what we can do, maybe he can take it to the shop for me considering the car did not do that on his lot and it had not been over 24hrs of purchaseSo the following day the car did it again I drove it out to him and he said there was nothing wrong but I can still contact the owner (Ray) days after trying to contact the owner I finally got through and the owner said cant help you little girl I spent your money on seahawks playoff tickets so you got to deal with your own problemTo this day I have two lights on in it the TC light and engine light and just about every other day the car wont startI was told by the owner he will not resolve and to stay the hell off his carlot propertyI still have not got my new license plates from them eitherI cannot go get them cause he told me never to come back and they have not mailed them to meI just want this to be made right and not be harassed from the owner

start ad would like to get her money back I asked if the car was running and was told yes it's out side I asked if it had any check engine lights on and was told no I asked did it not start that morning she said it started right up I have never not see The car start up it has no check engine lights on and no drivability issues in my opinion this is a customer with buyers remorse ..thank you Wade L*** 509-893-
