Review: I bought a vehicle on June *,2015.Picked it up on June **,2015.When I got there the vehicle was not ready,they said it was still at the shop.Spent over 6 hours waiting after driving over 3 hours.The vehicle was listed as a non-smoking car,the scent was masked with an air freshener.I was rushed with the test drive,I was instructed to drive it down the street and back due to the location of the establishment.The vehicle seemed fine.I specifically asked if there were any issues with the vehicle.I was told the vehicle was NY state inspected,newly balanced and aligned with new tires.The tires were being put on during my 6 hour wait.Upon leaving,after reaching highway speed I noticed the vehicle shaking.I immediately called Performance Auto,explained the issue.After arriving home, I took the vehicle to a mechanic.He found a bent rim and a broken wheel hub.At this point,I contacted Performance Auto,explained what the mechanic found.I spoke with Shane, he assured me a new wheel hub would be shipped to me that same day.After several calls and a 2 1/2 week wait,I finally spoke to Shane again.He said the hub was on his desk and would be shipped out immediately.I received the hub about a week later.Meanwhile,it's been well over a month and I have yet to receive the registration that was paid for in full.The tag that was given was said to be a temporary tag.However, after being pulled over by the state police in Massachusetts I found out the tags are transit tags only.I called Performance Auto once again.I noticed the registration had not been received so I started calling on Tuesday July **,2015 regarding the whereabouts of the registration.I called several times a day.Each time I called someone told me the person who handles the registration is not in the office and he/she would have to call me back.I never once received a call back and have yet to receive the registration.Upon calling July **, finally someone told me the paperwork has not been filed.Someone would call by the end of the day.Still no call.Desired Settlement: First, registration. Second, two months of car payments for non use of the vehicle. Third, payment for wheel balance/alignment and hub replacement done by my mechanic

Review: I purchased a 2009 jeep wrangler for $15k with a trade in of 2008 Toyota corolla that I received $2500 for.

During this transaction I was told by the dealer that the car I was interested in was new to the inventory but would be serviced and prepped and that their advertisement was that they had no dealer prep fees. They were paid from my Military service account USAA and I would be able to pick up the car when they received the money. I received a call to come in and sign papers 2 days later and asked to put the purchase date on the documents not knowing why. To come find out that when they received the money and I came to pick up the car that I had to sign a document saying im taking the car AS IS . Having the car for 30 days it was back and forth in their shop on multiple accounts for rusted out parts and upon taking car there were cracks in windshield that were covered by dealer sticker other crack I was told I could make a claim on my insurance. How they passed the car there for inspection obviously was illegal cause its illegal to drive with cracks in your windshield. I was left with out a car after trading in my well working car for a "lemon" . I had asked them to fix the repairs and to throw in a new soft top for me buying a apox $15,0000 car and being stuck with out a car almost 6 days with no phone calls as to when my car was done or in the works that was refused. I had to reach out to them on a car they were paid for that I clearly told them it was my only means of transportation. It is now 90 days with the car I have had diagnosed with catalytic converter issues and sensors and check engine light. and other electrical issues. The car was clearly not prepped due to the fact that I hold the insurance papers of the previous owner along with old parking pass for the previous owners school and I have these documents as evidence that they tried to flip the car on me as they took my car and striped it down of my hood scoop and hubcaps as they were sending me off with the keys to the jeep. My complaints have been previously responded to with the answer that it was not a new car we were selling you and that it is out of our hands. I do plan to go a step further if this does not end with a agreeable solution with taking them to court with my companies appointed lawyer service and proving as a dealer ship they have to pay for their wrong doing.Desired Settlement: Before attempting to go to court I would like the trade in of this jeep to another vehicle of equal value or to have the windshield/soft top and equipment/ and electrical issues resolved by a jeep dealer ship and paid out by their dealership.
