paper outlining the cars history, (see attached file).  We know that there hasn't been any mechanical issues or any other problems that may have caused any unhappiness towards us or the Honda, since he's own it.  Since learning of the problem, we've spoken to [redacted], aka, [redacted] and his mother about trying to help him resolve the matter.  We've offered several options for resolution and even though we haven't completed that process yet, we feel confident that we will be able to find a happy medium.We've been in business for almost 35yrs and we pride ourselves on being a solid, fair and trusted business within community and one way to ensure the livelihood of our business, is for it to have a good reputation.  It's not very often that we even encounter a problem with our customers, as we've always strived to handle any unforeseen problems on the front end, as opposed to having a problem after we've sold a vehicle, but this is an instance where a problem has slipped through the cracks, but we will do everything within reason, to satisfy the customer and to retain our good name.Thank you again for being cordial and professional.  We to understand that there are always two sides to every story and we appreciate the opportunity to have our side heard. Respectfully,  [redacted]
