*** *** ** ***Prior to *** moving in, I explained that we look for longevity; one year or more,(which he agreed to) when renting
our apartmentsHe moved out at seven months.With that said, he moved into a like new apartmentThe entire unit was repainted andalso had new carpet installedHaving been a landlord for over years, we take pridein maintaining our properties with the utmost care, and like to welcome new tenants witha place in which they feel comfortable calling "home," which is how we made ***'sapartment before he moved in.I'm sorry that *** was disappointed, but in our business, we do the same foreach tenant*** took pictures of his apartment, but of course as a liability, we takebefore & after pictures as wellSince it obviously costs us a lot more to paint an entireapartment, we try to be conservative when making labor/material decisionsHowever;in ***'s case, we did end up having to paint an entire wall, in addition to the touch-uppainting that was done on the other walls (due to scuffs on the wall from bed, couch,etc.)We also had to go in and the overall cleaning that needed to be brought upto the same quality that *** moved into, which included dusting, cleaning baseboards,and cleaning the carpet*** did receive $back from his deposit, with theremaining $being deducted after the labor/painting/cleaning was paid.Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions###-###-#### [email protected] you,
