[redacted], purchased the vehicle as-is. We did make a one time goodwill offer to pay $1283.13 which was 50% of the repairs. [redacted] accepted our offer.
Our Service Manager, Derek P[redacted] met with [redacted] and reached an agreement to discount the bill to $3,500. She picked up vehicle and was happy with the arrangement.
Anthony purchased the vehicle AS IS and no warranty was purchased by the customer. We do offer to assist as a one time goodwill but Anthony refused the offer.
