I instructed their case manager Otis B*** on how my case should be handled and it followed course
I expressed dissatisfaction with the way my case was being handled and threatened to end the relationship due to their inaction on my caseWhen I did that they immediately sent out a demand l***er to the insurance company so that they could have a claim against any funds recoveredI ended the relationship shortly after and they they filed a suit against me to have access to my funds and deny me my right to them
