I have found Performance Cycle Center to be professional, ethical, and fair I purchased a used bike from them and found troubles with the bike that neither of us expected *** was fair and took the bike back Afterwards, I felt strongly enough about their business ethics that I purchased a new bike from them
I have had a negative experience with this business. I attempted to have maintenance performed on a Triumph motorcycle at this Triumph dealership and the service department would not perform service because the motorcycle was over 10 years old. While this is not uncommon with most dealerships is never-the-less unacceptable. Particularly since they are only dealership in community. I have purchased numerous products and motorcycles from this business but would not recommend them to anyone.
