I am rejecting this response because:
As you can see in the attached text message from Joe, they knew they calculated the tax incorrectly but kept assuring me it was Chrysler who had it incorrectThey then tried to submit an adjustment to the "regional manager' for approval which was also probably a lieThen the dealer contacted me to advise that it had been worked out and someone from there affiliated business partner would be contacting me directly to resolve the issueIt's very convenient and rich to say that they are not affiliated with Chrysler Capital at this time however Chrysler manufactures the product that I purchased from them and the dealer got me financed through the "leasing company" which is Chrysler Capital and a direct product that they sellThe payment is different than what's in the sales agreement and again my trade in had already been sold by them so I had no recourseMy next steps will be the attorney general's office and the NJ consumer affairs followed by small claims so the quicker we get this resolved the easier for the both of us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have received my ** registration and plates however, I have not received my ** title. I have attempted once again to contact the dealership through phone and text message inquiring about the title and as usual there is no response. If it takes time, I'm fine with that, I just want to know when to expect it in the mail and that they have not dropped the ball on the title. Thanks you so much for your mediation.

[redacted] paid a total of $453.45 for his motor vehicle work.  He also signed a paper stating that it was an estimate fee. If there was any money due he would have to pay it and if there was an overpayment we would refund it.  We did give him a breakdown of the fees.  The fees...

included the following: Reg fee $210.75, RegUSA fee $116., Temp tag fee $7., & UPS fee $9.44 which totals $343.19. We also sent him a check for $110.26 for a refund. RegUSA is the company that handles our out of state paperwork.  The fee is charged to all out of state deals.

[redacted] came in on a Saturday to look at new vehicles with his uncle. After picking a truck in inventory  that he wanted to lease, we ran [redacted] credit.  After learning that [redacted] credit score was below par he was informed that he would need somebody else with better...

Mr Miguel came back two days later with his grandfather and decided he wanted to lease a car instead of a truck. [redacted] and his grandfather reviewed the contract and signed all documents. Only after the contracts were overnighted to the bank whom approved them, did [redacted] come in complaining about his contract. [redacted] was well aware that the only way he was getting approved was with his Grandfather. The vehicle was registered and insured under [redacted] name and as long as the payments are on time this will report as good pay on [redacted] credit score.

Unfortunately our Service Manager thought the muffler would be covered under warranty. If the work was performed here we would have covered the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience to [redacted] We will be reimbursing the $150. to [redacted]. Issue #2. In New Jersey we issue a non resident...

a 20 temporary non resident tag to our out of state customers. It can not be extended or replaced. We issue the customer an extension letter just in case they are pulled over by the police. This letter is just to verify that we are processing the motor vehicle work. There is nothing illegal about the letter. We did send [redacted] license plates overnight via [redacted] on 10/17/17. They were sent the same day we received them back from [redacted] It took a little longer to process the motor vehicle work due to needing an up to date insurance card. Without the proper documentation [redacted] was unable to complete the motor vehicle work.

I'm sorry I was on vacation last week. It is my responsibility to refund customers. I will be happy to refund Mr. [redacted] deposit on the Caravan.  I need Mr[redacted] to call me or come in with the original credit card he used for the deposit to issue a refund.
