Thank you for reaching out to us about the concerns you have about your homeLast year we were contracted to replace the roof on your mobile home and finished the project in early November You reached out to us in late April and stated that you had nails coming into the living space of
your homeWe understand that you are upset about the condition of your wallsAs per our contract, the only work we performed on your home was replacing the roofYour complaint was filed due to interior damageYour complaint came months after we performed our work which you were please with as we received your full paymentWe have communicated and requested that you send us close up photos of the exterior of your home to show us where the nails were coming in from through the siding so we may further assess the issue you are speaking ofWe have not received any close up exterior photos to date so we cannot move forward until we have a better understanding of how your interior walls were damagedThe nails we use for roofing are inches, your walls are at least inches thick so it is hard for us to grasp how this is our fault with out the photos we have requested

As stated numerous times, we were not in the house at any pointThe picture shows the inside of the houseWe have asked many times for a picture of the exterior where that nail is coming through the sidingThis requested picture hasn't been sentIt is now July and I'm sure *** has had several opportunity's while at the mobile home to take this picturePlease provide the requested picture showing the nail piercing the siding and entering the houseThis will be my last response until this picture is provided

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]To begin with you requested pictures of the damage inside the trailer.  We sent those to you, then you requested us to send pictures from the roof.  I told you I was not climbing on the roof, and you should come out and view the damage yourself, and you refused.You also knew that the trailer and the camp is for summer use.  The camp is closed from 10/15 until 4/15, with limited access.  We told you we would be up in April.You are calling us liars, and someone else did this.  There was no other contractors after you completed the work.Let me know if you are going to honor your commitment to satisfaction or not.  I would like to get this repaired.  If needed I will pay for the repairs myself.
