Dave Marcotte Foundations is fantastic. I received a number of quotes from various contractors, and Dave was among the lowest, with the best warranty, and best explanation of the work to be performed. I chose this contractor because of his terrific reviews, and I am adding another to the pile.

During the summer of 2014, Dave Marcotte Foundations did three out of the four wallsof our house. We needed to have our 1948 block foundation fixed, waterproofing and installing a drain. They did a great job. They were here on time everyday, worked hard and were extremely clean and efficient. They fixed the work of the previous contractor who did the first wall to the extent possible, at no extra costs. The owner is on every single site, and you can tell that he cares about the quality of the work and material used.
The first company we used for the first wall was highly recommended, yet the job they did was not half as good as Dave Marcotte Foundations. I recommend highly this company. Price is competitive, and you get high quality work.
You can hire them with full confidence.

As stated in the initial response, we received the downpayment on 9/26/2014 which then we ordered the product. [redacted] stated that we will try to get it done as soon as the product arrives as long as it arrives prior to it getting cold. The product didn't arrive until late Fall which was then too cold to complete the roofing work per the contract. Wayne contacted [redacted] and explained it would have to be completed in the Spring. Unfortunately, we had to cancel numerous times because of the weather. As explained to Ms. [redacted], we needed 3 to 4 days of completely dry weather with no chance of rain in the forecast to complete the roofing work. Roofing work meaning exposed to all the elements and are at the mercy of the weather. We unfortunately didn't get the weather to cooperate as planned resulting in numerous rescheduling dates.
