I called several times in the weeks my car was at top line with no phone calls returnedI will get a call log from my phone for that time period showing dates calls were made to them by me, and there are no incoming calls or voice messages from top lineI also have several people whowere with me a few of the times I tried to get in touch with them and were told I would get a call back because chris wasn't inAgain, never received a call back from March 15-31stI would like to be reimbursed for the rental car to resolve this

Your response doesn't even address the fraud that your company committed in my opinion by stating through your staff and yourself in the presence of my wife and customers that you or your staff removed my BMW 335i wiring harness without any authorization and remain in illegal possession of it at this time. ( Pictures enclosed)2. You did ask me to commit fraud against the insurance company and we have now informed them and forwarded our phone call taped in -office conversation we had.3. You did threaten myself during the confrontation and you were the one that was drunk. I can't drink because of my meds and authoritative medical condition. 4. My wife has nothing to do with this action but for your information I asked her to quit because I was going to ask her to marry me and I didn't want the kind of customers like you to bother her any longer since it is a proven fact that you have patronized the Bar Kay's Place every single day during her employment. And it has been video documented as such.5. Your removed the oil from my engine without consent and then tried to cover it up with more lies. Your staff was very helpful in pointing the oil out to me as seen in the enclosed picture.6. My personal finances have never been discussed with you nor any associate in your failed business. I am not going to respond to your comments regarding my 25 year old established medical businesses and corporations. 7. We enclosed the video taken during part of the conversation and confrontation outside your business and forward them onto the Department of Insurance.  8. We expect full return of all towing fees paid to this shop for fraudulent services never provided nor needed.
