We just completed a significant drainage & driveway project with John and his teamWe could not be happier with the final result He not only designed and executed a solution that successfully solved our drainage issues across our entire property, but he also transformed the entire appearance of our yard in the process John was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish and has an exceptional crew of highly-skilled, hard working, meticulous guys who we enjoyed seeing every day It is always a bit daunting taking on a project of this magnitude but we trusted John from day and look forward to working with him again in the future STARS!!!

John and his crew renovated my driveway and landscaped the surrounding area. John communicated throughout the process and was always available to answer any questions, he even calls back, try that in this day and age. Performance did a $20K landscape and drainage renovation at our condominium complex. It included drainage, stone walls, stone walkways, grading and sod.
They were on time and on budget. Their guys were great and did a great job.
They did it the right way and it looks and performs very well.
They are trustworthy and reasonably priced. You might find cheaper contractors, but not better work.
I give them my highest recommendation.

My husband and I have known John P[redacted] and many of his employees for over 20 years. When we first moved to Connecticut, he designed and installed blue stone walkways and landscaping for our home. Last year when we were working on a major expansion and renovation to our home, we again asked John to participate. John and Performance Landex successfully designed and completed a renovation of major drainage/grading issues, replaced septic to code, relocated gas line and removed interfering ledge and regraded and expanded driveway, as well as landscape planting and maintenance. They also acted as our representative in the selection and installation of a new driveway by another contractor. The result is really spectacular!
Throughout our relationship, we have always been delighted by the quality of the work, the prompt communication, and the overall professionalism of their people.
