Performance Mechanical started a Bathroom Remodel job for us on January 5, and today is March 15, and it is still not finished, although the owner, Kenneth Parsons was paid in full He left our Bathroom Shower in such a state that we are still unable to use it due to the glass falling out of it on one side, showers doors do not properly close and water goes everywhere, causing mold also to form within the shower and around the tile in the garden tub because the tile was not sealed correctly and the grout is already crackedThe silicone around the glass was less than sub-standard work along with the rest of his work as well It took him wks to do a week job primarily because he did not show up most days and when he did show up it would be maybe for 1-hrs .He would leave the job to go put brakes on his car, take his daughter out to lunch or pick up his daughter from school He had a long string of excuses We have reached out to him on several occasions and he never got back to us We have had to hire a company to finish and repair our Bathroom MrParsons wanted $up front and balance due when done, and we also paid him the $balance when he said he was finished.This company is not worthy nor honest

He left our Bathroom Shower in such a state that we are still unable to use it due to the glass falling out of it on one side, showers doors do not properly close and water goes everywhere, causing mold also to form within the shower and around the tile in the garden tub because the tile was not sealed correctly and the grout is already cracked. It took him 6 wks to do a 2 week job primarily because he did not show up most days and when he did show up it would be maybe for 1-2 hrs .He would leave the job to go put brakes on his car, take his daughter out to lunch or pick up his daughter from school. He had a long string of excuses. We have reached out to him on several occasions and he never got back to us. We have had to hire a company to finish and repair our Bathroom. Mr. Parsons wanted $4000 up front and balance due when done, and we also paid him the $2400 balance when he said he was finished.This company is not worthy nor honest.
