Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The above would be satisfactory, except that it takes days, sometimes over a week for them to respond to my callsMy original request for help to transfer my domain name was made by phone on 4-5-I believe I have spoken with a repfrom the company times since then I repeatedly call and leave a yet another message I received a message from the company on 5-2-and have been trying to reach them...it's just impossible to work with these peopleAll I want to do is speak with someone immediately and get this straightened out And, my website was down on 4-21-when both the Web company with whom they registered my domain name and I tried to access it Regards, [redacted]

In response to complaint [redacted] We have been and still are hosting a website for [redacted] . http:/ [redacted] com This site is currently active and has been other than a time period when her card had declined. [redacted] requested to have her domain name transferred, we... have tried numerous times to explain to her that we have done everything on our side to transfer her domain - and that she needs to optain an authorization code from the new registrar. Below is the domain auth code that we provided her. Following is the domain name registration(s) and Authorization Code(s) requested: [Domain Name], [Authorization Code] [redacted] Nothing from her account has been deleted, and the domain has not been purchased by anyone else. We will reach out to [redacted] again and try to walk her through the process. We will set her account to Active Pending Cancel for the end of her billing cycle which is May 20th.

PMP Mobile de-activated my website without telling me They auto-deducted $from my business account on April 20, and I discovered that my website was no longer online on April 21, I had asked for access to my Domain Name Account so that I could switch it to another host Instead of giving me access to the account, they just deleted it!!
This, after repeated calls to the company, for help in making the switch The Domain Name was quickly purchased by someone else and I had to select a new one

I am disgusted with this companyWe signed up with them in August of and canceled with them in November it just wasn't workingIn January They called the owner back making it seem like they were a different company, and convinced him to sign up with themThey then proceeded to charge us another $start up fee on 1/23/17, this was to make another website which mind you we had already paid them for in August of After I noticed the $charge on 1/23/I tried to call them to resolve thisAfter about weeks They offered me months of free service with themHELLO! We already wanted to quit you in November of why would we want free serviceI asked them if we could be refunded months of service instead which is $I think is more than reasonable considering we were charged $1,Their customer service representative told me he would have to talk to his boss again which took over a week the first timeI asked if we could set up a time for our bosses to talk and he said he would email me when his boss had available time and we could set it upWell that was about weeks ago and they still wont even email me backJust makes me sick I'm sure we aren't the only ones they have taken advantage of
