Absolut met with the insureds when they moved into their new residence to view the items they had concerns withPhotos and some notes were taking at that time of those itemsAbsolut made an offer of $for the items of concernThe insureds accepted that offerThere was no list to send due
to the accepted offerAbsolut did damage a chair in the moving process and it is ready for returnAbsolut did have an issue with a support piece that caused damage to a bed railThose parts are being ordered through Furniture SolutionsAbsolut did not damage a dresser and repair without knowledgeCommunication has never stopped with the insuredsWe did ask to communicate by email, not by phone or text so there was no missed calls or misunderstandingsWe have been sending emails to the insured since the third week of June to setup delivery of the table and chairs and to rectify the checkWe get or responses back with no dates or times to meetWe have the trail of emails to prove that we are waiting for the insured to set this date and time to close out their file Settlement : We do not agree to pay additional money above the $already issuedThe table and chairs are repaired and ready for returnWe are waiting on the insured to give some days and times that work for them

Please see attached signed work authorization for the *** residenceOur authorization clearly states that all fees must be paid prior to packbackAmerican Family Insurance said there was a check that was in the mail and it has not been received since we spoke to them over a week agoWe have
our contract in place for this reasonWe understand that the *** family has special circumstances but American Family is the one holding up the return process by not posting the check as they stated they hadWe did deliver special items to them already such a bed to make their situation at least comfortable for them but we can not return all of the property until our contract is fulfilled

I believe by the text messages that we have it shows that we never accepted your offer for our damaged and missing itemsWe always had full expectations of receiving a written break down as promised from the beginning.?
