After observing several unacceptable incidents I moved my Mom on 2/12/from *** *** in Chicago Heights Il after two days to Manor Care in Homewood IlThe experience at Manor Care was 100% betterThe staff was pleasant and caringThere was one nurse for every patients and were more than willing to listen and answer questionsThere were daily activities, a beauty shop, free manicure day and tablecloths and real china in the dining room adding dignity to people who are ill and trying to recoverFrom administration down I highly recommend my experience at this nursing home
