A package of prints was shipped to this customer in March of 2018. The package included extra large prints in addition to the prints that were ordered which have an added value of $90.00. We apologize for the long delay in getting this order to our customer. Note that these Revdex.com complaints were being sent to an *** ***, who is not related to our company in any way. We have no idea who this person is or how she became associated with our Revdex.com account

This order was sent to the gym where the customer placed this order last year.  This customer specified "Gym Pickup" indicating that she elected to pick up the order at the gym rather than have it shipped to their house.  They did not pay shipping costs to have their order shipped to their...

house.  If they did not pick up their order at the gym please let us know and we will reship the order to their house at no additional cost.
