I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. 
Most everything [redacted] stated is correct, but has NOTHING to do with my complaint. Yes, they worked on the front end of my vehicle; yes, the damaged amplifier I paid for is mounted in the trunk of the vehicle; yes, there are service bulletins related to the on/off volume knob located on the console which was not broken or damaged (see [redacted]'s diagnose); yes, the car fax listed a previous front end accident that was repaired when I purchased the vehicle. The claims adjuster at [redacted] ([redacted]), rejected the additional estimate from [redacted] and Performance Plus to replace the damaged amp that [redacted] submitted to them. He explained to me this had nothing to do with the accident and my "beef" is with Performance Plus. I agreed with [redacted] and asked why [redacted] even submitted it to begin with? As [redacted] stated, they worked front end and there was no impact or damage to the rear end of the vehicle. What he didn't say in his response was, "the trunks of many of the vehicles repaired, are used for storing old and new parts along with some tools (equipment) used while completing the repairs". This was conveyed to me in his office the morning of 12/13/16 in front of [redacted] and [redacted] while leaving it off for them to take it up to [redacted] to resolve the issue. As I said earlier, I had opened the trunk a few days earlier to discover the filthy mess left behind along with the compartment door of the amplifier opened. At that point none of us knew the inoperable audio video system was related to a damaged amp that [redacted] diagnosed.Someone at Performance Plus was careless and inadvertently hit the amplifier during the 3 weeks my vehicle was there. Again, my proof falls on all the memory stored in the damaged amp that was transferred to the new one by [redacted]. Most importantly the navigation's memory of Performance Plus's address, which I put in the morning of 11/21/16 is still in there  chronologically (date order). The system was working that morning I left the vehicle off for the body work.  Regards,
