On *** *** purchased a short prom dress from our prom storeAfter a few days we received a call for ***
explaining her daughter no longer wanted the dress because no one liked a photo of her dress on a social media pageAfter explaining our dress policy to *** she still wanted us to refund her for the dress, I then said to *** that we would contact the designer and see what we could do and if there could be an exception made,which is something we don't normally do but we were willing to tryA few days letter we heard back from the designerI then spoke with *** letting her know there was nothing we could do after hearing back because this dress is now discontinued.I then spoke with *** a few days later and she had asked for the information on the dress so she could sell the dress independentlyI then informed her that she could find all of the requested information on her invoice.I also explained that we take all store tags off the dresses when we write the info on the invoice.The tags then get counted at the end of the night and put in the garbageWe are more then happy to give *** the information we have for the dress again if she would like

The response is not correct I called the store on Tuesday days after I bought the dress on Sunday They told me*** was the one I had to deal with I went in to the store on Wednesday and*** told me she would check with the designer I called the store on Thursday and she informed me that the designer said it is discontinued or they couldn't order it again I did not speak to anyone after this call
I sent an email on *** asking for the name of the designer or company that made the dress as I wanted to sell it privately I did not hear back so I sent another email on Feb 11th I got a response back on Feb 11th saying they would check the computer and let me knowThey also said the tags must have fallen off but there is no evidence of this I never heard backSo I sent another follemail on *** I didn't hear back from this email so I sent final email Feb 16th saying I didn't understand why they could not provide this info to me and I did not receive a response to my last email and have not spoken to anyone in the storeI have copies of all correspondence with the store from email
At no time did they tell me to look at the invoice I just checked the invoice and all it has written on it is SS size (short) I still do not know the company or the designer
