I have attached the contract we have been provided by our clientPer our client, the debt is valid and due [redacted] never canceled his membership according to the terms of the attached contractWe have not harassed [redacted] ***If he would like us to stop calling him, we canPlease know, that this debt has not been resolved, and remain in our office Thank you and have a nice day

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Thank you for your responseI have determined that my complaint has not been resolved due to the following: The contract states a cancellation policy, days prior with a letter sent certified mail receiptA staff of Synergy fitness decided in May of that I was terminated from the gym with no further explanationTherefore, a discharge agreement was made that I would no longer be returningA verbal dismissal is as powerful and valid as a written dischargeHowever, I sent in a certified cancellation mail to Synergy Astoria anywayLate 2015, I was contacted by Performance Portfolio Management about an outstanding balance without prior contact of settlementBetween May of and later 2015, there has been no contact, assumptions that they have received my certified cancellation notice, the receipt has been destroyedI will not settle with a debt to Performance Portfolio Management with acknowledgement that I have not used Synergy's facility and or servicesAdditionally, this form of "scandal" has been quite with Synergy Fitness and PPM, please refer to [redacted] reviews to further evaluate their businessMoreover, I have not received any written communication from Synergy Fitness before I was transferred over to debt collectors PPM In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
