I had my oil changed by Robert on Saturday who was nice but when I rode my scooter the next day I noticed I had oil leaking under my scooter!!! After investigating I concluded he didn't even tighten the oil cap and I was leaking oil all over the place!!!! Paying attention to the details is important in customer service especially since I work in customer service and with quality being a priority for me, having something as minor as tightening an oil cap after an oil change is unacceptable and I will not be back and would NOT recommend this establishment

To Whom it may concern, This is in response to [redacted] complaint # [redacted]. We are unware of any further problem with [redacted] Scooter.  It has been in the shop twice since it waspurchased on 10/24/1410/24/14 It was sold new on attached invoice #...

[redacted]. 11/24/14 The Scooter was brought in with a problem of it notstarting. It was determined that the engine kill switch was “stuck” on. Afterfreeing the kill switch, the Scooter started right up.  3/19/15 The Scooter was brought in as it stopped running. Itwas determined that the drive belt had broke causing the scooter no longer tomove forward and jammed causing the engine not to turn over and start. This isa wear item with a recommended replacement at approximately 7500 miles. Thebelt did break prematurely at 2401 miles. There could be a number of causescausing the belt to break prematurely, overloading, low tire pressure to name afew. Wear items are not covered under [redacted] Scooter’s warranty due to these uncontrollableitems. I would also like to note that [redacted] had failed tofollow the MFG’s recommended service intervals. Being a new Scooter with a newengine, Per the owner’s manual there are service intervals that should be followedone of which is oil changes. Per the owner’s manual, the first oil changeshould have been at 310 miles and again at 1860 miles. When the Scooter wasbrought in on 3/19/15, it was severely low on engine oil which could have avery detrimental effect on the engine. The Engine oil was changed at that time.Again, this is the first time we have heard any other issueswith [redacted]’s Scooter since being picked up on or about 3/19/15.

In response to the above complaint, Performance Scooter did not sell this Scooter to [redacted],  it was a private sale of a used vehicle from an individual who happens to work for Performance Scooter to [redacted].  Performance Scooter is unaware of any "deal" that was made at the time...

of the private purchase.  Any dispute regarding the details of sale is between the seller and the buyer only.  Thank you, Performance Scooter
