I purchased a brand new 2017 *** from this dealership, to which it listed the vehicle was "blue-tooth" enabled and compatible with smart phones. The hands free blue-tooth apparently is not supported with ***, therefore my phone wont work properly when making phone calls hands free. I've contacted ***, and had my vehicle in for repairs at a *** Certified Dealership in ***. They have informed me that there is "nothing they can do" and that the issue is somehow and *** related issue. The dealership even simulated this issue, connecting several various *** to the car, all experiencing the same issue. I've asked for the vehicle to be repaired such as what was advertised. They have refused to take any additional steps.
To Whom this May Concern,In regards to customer complaint case ***, the customer incorrectly ?ied the complaintagainst Performance Motors instead of the dealership they are currently servicing at. Upon furtherconversation with the customer I was able to speak with the service manager of the current store thecustomer is servicing at. They were In full understanding that if they could not resolve the concern we would have no problem resolving it. The other servicing dealership appeared to be completing all thesteps necessary through *** to resolve the customers concern. Unfonunately, the customer still hasthe vehicle at their facility at the moment to resolve this concern. We, Performance Motors, havefollowed up with the customer multiple times throughout the process toassure we are assisting the customer with any needs possible.
